Frequently Asked Questions
Currently, KEMUDA has no canteen but we have vendors selling foods as well as a vending machine for drinks
For NCC Students, results usually takes 2 months after their assessment has been marked and submitted by the academic lead to the internal verifier of NCC (provided that there are no pending payments)
For BTEC students, results will depend on the lecturer’s assessment of their module. Upon completing the module and approval from the local assessment board, their assessment will be verified by UK verifiers. Notification of performance (NOP) is usually issued by the end of each semester (provided that there are no pending payments ).
There are several scholarship programs that the student may avail. These are:
- TEA (Tertiary Education Allowance) Scholarships.
Student Requirements
The applicant (student) must be below 25 years old on the date of application
Parent’s Eligilibility
At least one(1) of the parent must be paying TAP which is active for at least five(5) years on the date of application
Application Procedures
In order to apply, follow the steps below:
- Fill in the registration form (KEMUDA) for the selected course enclosed with all the application requirements.
- Fill in the TEA application form and submit it to MOF together with the offer letter from KEMUDA.
- Wait for approval (call or message from MOF)
TEA Application Requirements
- COMPLETED APPLICATION FORM
- PHOTOCOPY IC (FRONT & BACK) – 4 PIECES STUDENT & 1 PIECE PARENTS
- PHOTOCOPY BIRTH CERTIFICATE – STUDENT
- 2 PIECES PHOTOCOPY O LEVEL AND/OR A LEVEL CERTIFICATE OR OTHER RELEVANT QUALIFICATIONS
- PHOTOCOPY OF SCHOOL LEAVING CERTIFICATE
- 3 PIECES PASSPORT-SIZED PHOTO (WRITE YOUR NAME & I.C. NO. AT THE BACK)

Students under BPTV scholarship will receive an allowance (amount depending on the course applied)
There are no allowances given to TEA and self-paid students
Kemuda does not provide hostel/accomodation to students.
All our courses in KEMUDA are accredited by MOE. Most of of our students are employed in different sectors (Education, Finance, Health, Military, Police and other private institutions)
We provide recommendation letters to our students and we offer student attachment where they can work as interns and a possible employment where they are currently assigned.
- Students who finished NCC Level 4 & BTEC Level 3 (with certificates) can apply for Higher National Diploma (HND) in any government schools.
- Students who finished BTEC Level 5 (with certificates) can apply for Degree Programs within Brunei or overseas.
